Sara J. Bartos

Sara J. Bartos practices in the firm’s Chicago office where she handles all aspects of immigration law including applications for permanent residence, naturalization, removal defense, U visas, VAWA self-petitions, waivers of inadmissibilities, appellate advocacy, and federal court practice. She also has an active practice protecting clients seeking asylum.

Prior to joining the firm, Sara worked as a patent attorney for a Chicago-based intellectual property firm, specializing in patent litigation.
