Louise Viloria

Louise Viloria practices in the firm’s Chicago office where she concentrates her practice in the area of employment-based immigration law. She represents investors, businesses, and their employees in all aspects of immigration law including facilitating in the acquisition of the following non-immigrant visas: H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, TN, O-1, R-1, E-3, H-1B1, and B-1, as well as the following immigrant visas: EB-1(A, C), EB-2 (NIW, PERM), EB-3, and Schedule A for highly skilled foreign nationals. She additionally advises on DOL and internal audits, waivers, compliance, appeals, contract and business plan reviews, drafting investment summaries, setting immigration policy and procedures, and strategizing the immigration implications surrounding corporate restructuring.
