Uliana Vityk

Uliana Vityk concentrates her work in the company in researching complex immigration issues, drafting memorandum of law and briefs to be submitted on behalf of clients, drafting waiver applications, asylum briefs, pre-hearing statements, and motions, preparing and filing applications of relief before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, researching various immigrant and non-immigrant visa questions, and filing FOIA requests.

Prior to her work with Immigration Attorneys, LLP, and following her graduation in 2011, Uliana practiced immigration law in the Ukraine for a legal advice company “DK-PRAVO,” member of Nexia DK. Auditors & Consultant. Uliana was also a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences on immigration law issues in Ukraine.
