Late in the day on Friday, January 27, 2017, President Trump signed another Presidential Executive Order entitled “Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign Nationals.” This Executive Order suspends the refugee resettlement program for 120 days; it indefinitely suspends the admission of Syrian refuges; and it suspends entry by non-citizens from certain named countries for at least 90 days, among other things.
