The White House clarifies via Chief of Staff Reince Priebus that the entry ban found in the Executive Order issued on Janaury 27, 2017, for foreign nationals from certain named countries does not apply to returning lawful permanent residents or immigrant visa holders although these groups of individuals can anticipate being subjected to additional security and enhanced security measures.
